To troubleshoot, can you move some inputs around? For instance, move the input that is going to HDMI 3 (which is still looking good) and put it into HDMI 1 or 2. If the "static" moves to HDMI 3, this would tend to indicate that it could be the fault of the devices connected to these inputs and not the TV. If the fault does not move, then there would seem to be something wrong with the TV.
Make sure you keep track of everything. Make a table on a piece of paper describing this which will become good troubleshooting information when it comes time to take your case to the TV manufacturer, or who ever.
